Delete your account.
Two ways to do it, one of which is reversible for seven days. This applies to every product Sophon LLC operates.
Option 1 — delete it yourself
The fastest route, and the one that leaves a grace period.
- Open the app.
- Go to Settings › About Us › Delete Account.
- Follow the steps to submit the request.
Seven-day grace period. Sign in again within seven days and the account is restored. After seven days the account and its data are erased.
Option 2 — write to us
Use this if you cannot reach the setting, or no longer have the app installed.
- Write to feedback@sophoninc.com.
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Say whether the account has an active subscription.
We verify the request by email, process the deletion within seven business days, and send a confirmation when it is done.
Immediate and irreversible. An email deletion has no grace period. Once processed it cannot be undone, and Sophon LLC retains no personal data afterwards.
Retention
After the seven-day window closes, personal data is permanently erased — login credentials, usage logs, and uploaded documents included.
